All allergy and immunology services in the United Kingdom are invited to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire. This has been designed to obtain information about service provision to inform any guidance for service recovery as the pandemic progresses.

This is a collaborative piece of work from the Improving Quality in Allergy Services (IQAS) and Quality Improvement in Primary Immunodeficiency Services (QPIDS) accreditation programmes and The British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI) and UK Primary Immunodeficiency Network (UKPIN).

Services have until Tuesday 9 June 2020 to complete the questionnaire. All services that complete the questionnaire will receive a report of the results and the non-identifiable data will be made available on the IQAS and QPIDS websites.
