Dr Nasreen Khan

IQAS clinical lead

Nasreen Khan leads the Adult Allergy service in Leicester. She is a Consultant Allergist and Respiratory Physician and proud of the multidisciplinary team at UHL (Leicester). The Leicester Adult Allergy service provides a comprehensive package of care and works closely with its local network (Trent Regional Immunology and Allergy Consortium). Nasreen is looking forward to getting involved within IQAS and is enthused by its aims.


 Cynthia Yim 

Senior Project Manager 

Cynthia is the Senior Project Manager for the Accreditation Unit at the Royal College of Physicians. Cynthia manages three national accreditation programmes; the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services Accreditation Scheme (PRSAS), the Improving Quality in Allergy Services (IQAS) and the Quality in Primary Immunodeficiency Services (QPIDS) programmes. 

Cynthia graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Science from St George’s University of London and has worked in project management and exam delivery for the past 10 years, including the delivery of national and international MRCP(UK) examinations, the development and roll-out of the JETS Workforce competency-based training programme for the endoscopy workforce and various accreditation programmes. Cynthia has a passion for healthcare improvement and service development. Cynthia works closely with services, commissioners, national stakeholders, and NHS England to support the clinical community working towards achieving service accreditation.

 

Chloe Shields 

Programme Coordinator 

Chloe is the Programme Coordinator for the IQAS and QPIDS programmes and is responsible for supporting services gain accreditation on their pathway, and she was previously the Programme Administrator for IQAS and QPIDS. 

Before Chloe joined the Royal College of Physicians, she worked as a Clinical Administrator for a mental health charity, and she is currently studying Psychology with Counselling at The Open University. 


 


Alex Yeung

Programme Administrator 

Alex is the Programme Administrator for IQAS and QPIDS programmes and is responsible for supporting services gain accreditation on their pathway. Alex will also be leading service subscription management. 

Before Alex joined the Royal College of Physicians, he worked as an administrator for a sixth form college and is currently studying Counselling.
